LODGING

Budget dorm room lodging is available during registration:

Each room is a single unit in the ASU dorms, with a shared bathroom. Linens are NOT provided and must be brought by the conference participant. The rate is $66 per night and will be available for the nights of Monday, July 30th and Tuesday, July 31st. Dorm rooms can be booked with conference registration on Eventbrite. Registration open March 19, 2024.

BY CAR

The conference is reachable from major interstates (I-40, I-77, and I-81). Click here for full directions.

BY PLANE

If you’re flying into Asheville, the conference will be about 1.5 hours away, and will require renting a car. If you’re flying into Charlotte, the conference will be about two hours away, and will require either renting a car or trying a bus line. Click here for full directions.
